ACCOMMODATION – What accommodation is available?
The Westminster Bridge Park Plaza hotel has kindly provided a limited number of special concessionary rate rooms for Soldiering On Awards guests as follows:
Guests may reserve bed and breakfast until 7th February 2017 at £162.00 ex VAT for single occupancy. (£194.40 inc. VAT)

ARRIVAL TIME – What is the Arrival time?
The hotel has a range of public bars and lounges that are open 24 hours a day where you may wish to meet up with fellow guests.
Access to the Awards reception area will be from 6pm. The reception is accessed by both stairs and lifts.
ASSISTANCE DOGS – Can I bring an Assistance Dog?
The hotel has a no pet policy; however it welcomes registered Assistance Dogs only. Please let us know if you intend to bring an Assistance Dog with you so that we can make adequate arrangements. email@example.com

DRESS CODE – What is the Dress Code?
Black Tie / Formal Military attire with miniatures.
For women this includes both long and shorter dresses, in an overall theme of dressing up for a great occasion!
All tickets include Champagne served at the reception and an allocation of wine; equating to half a bottle per person for the dinner.
Tables purchased at £5000 also include a Magnum of Taittinger Champagne (serving 12 glasses) at your table in addition to wine.
Iced tap water will also be served at all tables.
At the time of booking your tickets we will also send you a copy of the hotel’s Drinks purchase list so that you can pre-order any additional beverages you may wish. We strongly recommend pre-ordering any additional requirements so that your drinks can be ready and available for you.
The event bar will be open during the evening for any additional cash purchases you may wish to make and waiting staff will be available to take your order or you can go to the bar yourself.
Please note that we ask guests to remain seated in the room during the Awards Ceremony, during which time waiting staff will also be reduced in number order to avoid any disruption to proceedings. Therefore if you require additional drinks on the night please order during dinner or before and after the Awards proceedings.
IDENTIFICATION – What I.D.do I need to bring?
In keeping with the need for appropriate security, all guests are asked to ensure that they bring their ticket plus photographic identification e.g. driving licence passport, to present at reception.
A 6-minute walk from Underground (Westminster tube station) and National Rail trains at Waterloo station.

PARKING – What is the parking availability?
There is no parking available on site. However, guests can be dropped off and picked up at the hotel door.

SECURITY – What Security arrangements will be in place?
Security arrangements appropriate to the event will be put into place. Please be aware that bag checks will take place and metal detectors will be employed. The check in process may take a few minutes so please allow sufficient time.
All timings are variable on the evening. Please use the following as a general guideline:
Dinner and Awards Ceremony: 7PM
End of formal proceedings Circa 11.15
Bar and entertainment until circa 11.45
Carriages Midnight. Hotel bar facilities still available to guests thereafter
