Craig leads the Westminster staff team of FSB, representing 165,000 grassroots members – small business owners – from every area of the UK. As the voice of small businesses to those in power in Westminster and Whitehall, Craig and the team deliver policy development and campaigns to help small businesses thrive.Craig also sits on the Board of the independent Small Business Saturday campaign.
From 2007 to 2013 he worked for Seb Coe at the London 2012 Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, managing political scrutiny and engagement, ensuring Government guarantees were delivered, and as team leader for the Games-time domestic dignitary programme. Craig previously worked in tourism and engineering, while his first job was in 10 Downing Street as an intern putting together the folder for Prime Minister’s Questions.
Craig was included in the 2017 Financial Times/OUTstanding list of top global LGBT+ executives. He was awarded the prestigious Francesca Kemp award for services to small business in September 2018.
