This month marked an important date in the UK’s healthcare calendar – Mental Health Awareness Week, which ran from May 13th-19th.

Over the course of the week, we published seven blogs featuring people, businesses and organisations that have been either personally affected by mental health issues, or they support people with conditions including depression, stress, PTSD or anxiety. In each case, those who were kind enough to share their stories are part of the Soldiering On Awards and X-Forces Enterprise (XFE) family.

If you missed the original posts, you can help to support these people and organisations by taking a few minutes to read their stories now. After all, mental health issues affect one in four people so the importance of raising awareness cannot be understated. This is not an issue for one week per year; for those who suffer – and their families, friends and colleagues, it’s a 24/7 concern.

Thank you for taking the time to show your support by simply hearing what they have to say.
